Our governance
Under the Water and Sewerage Corporations Act 2008, Onstream’s Board comprises the Chairman (who is common to all four TWS Corporations), the CEOs of each of the three TWS Regional Corporations and up to two other, independent directors. Miles Hampton and Jane Bennett were appointed in August 2009 as independent directors. Miles is a director of all 3 TWS Regional Corporations, as well as a number of public, listed and private companies. He is also the Chair of the four TWS Corporations’ Audit and Risk Committees. Jane Bennett is Managing Director of Ashgrove Cheese Pty Ltd in Tasmania and brings a wealth of business, entrepreneurial and marketing experience to Onstream. Jane is a member of Onstream’s Audit and Risk Committee.
