About Us

Onstream is the shared services organisation which provides services in information technology, finance, payroll, human resources, procurement and billing to the state’s three water corporations, Southern Water, Cradle Mountain Water and Ben Lomond Water. Over time, and as opportunities arise, it may extend its services to other sectors.

Onstream is incorporated as a proprietary company limited by shares under the Corporations Act.  It is governed by a Board that comprises a Chairman, two independent directors and the Chief Executive Officers of its three owners: Southern Water, Ben Lomond Water and Cradle Mountain Water.

Onstream’s business objectives include delivering valued services to clients and ensuring operational excellence in the execution of our services.

With our headquarters in Launceston, and offices in Hobart and Forth, Onstream also has employees hosted within client businesses
